1. Acceptance

By using Sondra ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Sondra Labs, Peninsula Shopping Complex, 3 Coleman Street #03-024, Singapore 179804.

2. Description of Service

Sondra is a free, browser-based tool that allows users to remove background noise from and compress audio and video files. All processing occurs locally on the user's device. No account or registration is required.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use Sondra only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to process files that infringe third-party intellectual property rights, contain illegal content, or violate applicable laws.

4. Your Files

You retain full ownership of any files you process using Sondra. Because processing occurs entirely in your browser, Sondra Labs does not access, store, or transmit your files. You are solely responsible for the content of files you process.

5. Intellectual Property

The Sondra name, logo, and interface are the intellectual property of Sondra Labs. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Sondra Labs does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your requirements. Audio and video quality after processing depends on the source file and browser capability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sondra Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
