Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Sondra Pro. The free version of Sondra is, and always will be, free to use.
1. Payments and billing
Sondra Pro is a monthly subscription billed in US dollars. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, taxes and receipts on our behalf, and their terms also apply to your purchase.
2. 7-day money-back guarantee
If Sondra Pro is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, for any reason. Email us and we will refund that payment in full.
3. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel Sondra Pro at any time, from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops all future charges, and you keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
4. Renewals and partial periods
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. After the 7-day money-back window, payments for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, because the service was available to you during that time. We still review exceptional cases, such as accidental or duplicate charges, in good faith.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello.sondra.app@gmail.com from the address you used to purchase, and include your Paddle order or receipt number. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle.
